We are seeking a Finance Assistant to supports the Finance Manager in the effective and efficient operation of the school’s finance function. The role provides core transactional and administrative finance support across billing, ledger processing, banking, payroll assistance and audit preparation.

The MIS & Data Manager is responsible for the successful implementation, ongoing management, and optimisation of the school’s Management Information System (MIS) and related data processes.

It is not a technical IT Infrastructure role (i.e. not related to IT infrastructure development, cyber security, non-MIS system development or integrations) as this function is provided by the School’s Head of IT and MIS Technical Support.

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic Gap Year students (ie. between school and university) who would like to work at Finton House School. We require our Gap Year assistants to work two consecutive terms and preference will be given to those who can work the full academic year.
